Donna Jean Constance

Donna Jean Constance, 70, of Lake Charles, LA, died on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 in her residence.

Ms. Constance was born October 6, 1949 in Lake Charles, where she was a lifelong resident of Johnson Bayou and Lake Charles.  She worked as an LPN, spending most of her career at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.  Ms. Constance was a member of University United Methodist Church, where she volunteered and was very active with the prayer team.  She also enjoyed gardening and helping others.

Ms. Constance is survived by her daughter, Kelli Reynolds and companion Larry Parker; adopted daughter, DeDee Earhart and husband John; one niece; many other friends and family members; and her kitty babies.

She was preceded in death by her wife, Rebecca Lynn Hooper; parents, Earnest and Sylvia Constance; her brothers, Ernest James Constance and Archie D. Constance; and one niece Sara Constance.

Her cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
