Doris Ann Franklin

Doris Ann Franklin, 62 of Sulphur passed away on April 22, 2015 in her residence. She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church in Sulphur. Doris is survived by her two sons, Preston Franklin and wife Stacey and Steven Franklin; her daughter, Mary Franklin Carlquist and fiancée Darrell Wilks, Jr.; 7 grandchildren, Dex Harris, Christina Russell, Matthew Harris, Haliegh Pousson, Bethany Carlquist, Tessa Franklin and Victoria Carlquist; and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, E.Y. "Butch" Franklin; her son, Mark Franklin and her parents, Venice and Bernice Landry. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 2 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 24, 2015 from 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home. Visitation will continue on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 9 A.M. until time of the service.
