Dorothy Jean Robinson

Mrs. Dorothy Jean Robinson, 79, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2011. She was a resident of Lake Charles.

Mrs. Robinson was an educator for nearly 40 years. She retired from Combre Elementary School. Dorothy will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by one son, Elton G. Hightower and wife Sandra of Jasper, TX; one daughter, Marianne E. Allee and husband Benny of Lake Charles; 3 grandchildren, John Ryan Hightower, Lindsey Allee, and Paige Allee; one great grandson, Hunter Hightower.

Preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Ray Robinson; mother, Onie Hicks Ailstock.

Graveside service will be held Sunday, December 18, 2011 at 2PM at Prien Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday at Johnson Funeral Home from 12 noon until time of service.
