Dusti Denee' Fontenot

Dusti Denee’ Fontenot, 30, of Sulphur, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023. 

She was a lifelong Sulphur resident. Dusti loved to sing, enjoyed playing games on her phone, and drawing. With her outgoing personality and the love of making others laugh, she was often known as “the life of the party.” 

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Tina Guidry; siblings, Dannika O’Quain (Justin), Kayla, Jeremiah, Victoria, and Allie. Maternal grandparents, Wilda and Richard Guidry; paternal grandparents, Jamie Thibodeaux (David); nieces and nephews, Blayden, Emaree, and Lilly-Ann O’Quain; godson, Colbyn McManus; and cousins, Hayden McManus, Halley McManus, Shane Guidry, and Blaze Guidry.  

She was preceded in death by her father, Corky William Thibodeaux, paternal grandfather, Ben O’Brian; great-grandparents, Dorothy Jean Guidry, Freddie Guidry, Vivian Kelly, and Alvin Kelley; and cousin, Arriel Paige Guidry. 

Funeral services for Dusti will be at 2pm, Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Johnson & Robison Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mimosa Pines Cemetery North in Sulphur. Visitation will be  held 5 – 8pm, Friday, June 16, 2023,  and resume at 1pm Saturday until time of service at 2pm.
