Earl Thibodeaux

Earl Thibodeaux, 87, passed away in Sulphur, LA surrounded by his loving family on Monday May 6, 2024. Earl was born on March 25, 1937, in Leonville, LA to Furdy and Alexandrine Lanclos.

Earl loved spending time in the great outdoors hunting and fishing. He was a member of Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church of Sulphur and loved being around family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 62 years, Nelsie Mae Thibodeaux; three daughters, Ellen Thibodeaux and Jody Herrington, Karen Williams and husband Paul, and Sharon Breaux and husband Craig; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren; three sisters, Diane LeDoux, Annie Scott, and Margie Logan.

He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Leroy Savoie, Lee Allen Thibodeaux, and Charles Thibodeaux.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 AM Friday, May 10, 2024, at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church with Father John Welch, M.S. officiating. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 8 PM with a 6 PM rosary Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Friday from 8 AM until 9:45 AM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Burial will follow the services at Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
