Earleen Busby Jones

Earleen Busby Jones, 84, of Lake Charles died at 12:24 AM on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in a local care facility.

Mrs. Jones was born on December 24, 1927 in Gaytine, LA and lived in the Lake Charles/Ragley area all of her life. She was a member of Moss Bluff United Methodist Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are a son, Carrol Grimes, Jr. and wife Linda of Moss Bluff; three grandchildren, Carrol "Doody" Grimes, III and wife Susie of Moss Bluff, Greg Grimes and wife JoAnn of Austin, TX, and Shannon Manning and husband, Charlie of Baton Rouge; six great grandchildren, Cody and Cade Grimes, Matthew and Austin Grimes, and Wyatt and Dalton Manning.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 17, 2012 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Josh Milliron will officiate. Burial will follow in the Old Ritchie Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will continue on Friday from 8:00 AM until the start of the service.
