Earline Ruth Robinson

The cutest, 91 year old, high-heel wearing, motorcycle riding, feeder of the masses, teacher to many, "MawMaw" to all, lover of ALL mankind went to meet her Savior and her beloved husband in heaven on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 2:01 pm. She was born Earline Ruth Morgan on February 13, 1925 in Crowley, La. She taught school for over 40 years at St. Margaret's and Modern Kindergarten, which she owned. She was married to the love of her life, William Jefferson Robinson, for 62 years and has longed to be reconciled with him since his passing 9 years ago. They were the parents of Pam Robinson Ford (married to Dean Ford) and Mike Robinson (married to Ruby Crewell Robinson). There is a saying that MawMaw lived according to "Grandchildren are the hands by which we take hold of heaven". Her grandchildren include Dena Ford, Mike Ford (married to Kristie Selfridge Ford), Brandon Robinson (married to Ammie Elkins Robinson), Ashley Robinson Welch (married to Rusty Welch) and Deidra Robinson Fitzgerald (married to Scott Fitzgerald). Her great-grandchildren are Victoria Robinson, Pamela Phillips, Alexis Robinson, Gauge Welch, Brendan Ford, Paige Phillips, Brayden Ford, Faith Robinson, Gabrielle Welch, Britton Ford, Mac Fitzgerald, Maci Fitzgerald & Amelia Ruth Fitzgerald (her namesake). Earline is survived by her sister Rose Vita, sister-in-law Marty Abrahams and a number of nieces and nephews. She was surrounded by family when she took her last breath and lived the life of a Proverbs 31 woman. Her children rose up and called her "Blessed!"
