Edgar Medd Rosteet

Edgar Medd Rosteet, 87, passed away in a local care facility on Saturday, September 21, 2019.

Mr. Rosteet was born on December 4, 1931 in Lake Charles, LA to Albert and Thia Rosteet. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father, as well as a kind and intelligent gentleman who worked as an engineer for over 60 years. He enjoyed watching football, auto racing, and constructing model airplanes. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Sharon Rosteet Constance; grandchildren, Eden Chroninger and Elyssa Constance; three great grandchildren; and sister, Faye Rosteet Bridgers.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Tyler Rosteet; daughter, Julie Chroninger; and his parents.

His funeral service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 1 p.m. Burial will follow the service in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the start of the service.
