Edward Ashton Hebert

Edward Ashton Hebert, 81, of Sulphur, passed away on August 24, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 1:30 pm at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Cain officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery, Abbeville, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 4pm " 9 pm at Robison Funeral Home. Edward was a native of Abbeville and longtime Sulphur resident. He served his country in the US Army. Edward was in the construction business for many years. He had a passion for his family, telling jokes and fishing. He will be missed dearly. Edward is survived by his wife, Eula Hebert of Sulphur; two daughters, Belinda Burleigh and husband Scott of Carlyss and Vicki Reue of Houston, Texas; son, James Hebert and wife Connie of Savannah, Georgia; brother, Terry Hebert of Meaux, Louisiana; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Verett; his 1st wife, Dolores Hebert; brother, Bryan Hebert; and sister, Betsy Vidrine.
