Edward Danny Granger

Edward Danny Granger, 65, of Ragley died Sunday, July 28, 2019 in a local hospital.

Mr. Granger lived most of his life in Lake Charles until 1984 when he made Ragley his home. He was a graduate of LaGrange High School. He served the United States Army in Frankfort Germany during the Vietnam War. Upon his return in 1975 he began an Apprenticeship with the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local # 106 for which he retired twenty years later. L’Auberge Casino and Coushatta Casino where among the construction projects of his career. Ironically, Mr. Granger has worked the past eight years in maintenance at Coushatta.

He leaves one sister, Cheryl Ann Granger of Ragley and one brother, Richard Wayne Granger of Ragley; two nieces, Cassandra Granger Hemmenway of Singer and Amanda Williams of Lake Charles and three great-nephews, Landon Kyle Granger, Cross Hemmenway and Tyrese Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elby and Margaret Granger and sister-in-law, Layne Granger.

Graveside services will be at Prien Memorial Park.
