Elijah Barrett Navarre

Elijah Barrett Navarre transitioned into Heaven Monday, June 16, 2014. "We are confident and assured by the word of God that Elijah is alive and well in Heaven, and will remain our little man for eternity." He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, William Barrett Navarre and Amanda Peloquin Navarre; paternal grandparents, Billy Navarre and wife Carrie and Bernadette Navarre, all of Lake Charles; maternal grandparents, Ross and Tammy Peloquin of Moss Bluff; maternal great grandparents, Dexter Peloquin and wife Lena and Gwen Peloquin, both of Moss Bluff and Dorothy Blanchard of Lake Charles; five uncles, Ryan, Jareth Grant and Bryce Navarre and Austin Peloquin; one aunt, Kaitlyn Navarre; and godparents, Tyler and Sarah McCann. Funeral services will be at 2:30 Thursday, June 19, 2014 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverends Barrett Navarre and Joseph Banks will officiate. Interment will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation Thursday will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service in the funeral home.
