Eloise Kay Ponder

Eloise Kay Ponder, infant child of Nathan and Lacey Levine Ponder, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital, surrounded by family and friends.
She was born on September 22, 2022, in Lake Charles, LA. Eloise loved spending time with her older brother Jaxson, watching tv/singing “I’m So Blessed” with mom, and being held by her dad.
She is survived by her parents, one brother, Grandparents; Brad and wife Ronnette Levine, John and wife Cheryl Ponder, her great Grandparents; Bill and wife Janice Ponder, and Merlin and wife Maxine Schales, her bonus Grandparents; Kent and wife Anita Serrin, Uncles; Bradley Levine, Bradey and wife Alyssa Levine, Aunts; Breanna and husband Aubry Moffett, and Amber and husband Ethan Allen, Two cousins; Judah Moffett and Isla Levine.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Johnson Funeral Home in Lake Charles, LA. Visitation will continue at Glad Tidings Church on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 9:00AM until 11:00AM. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM with Rev. Paul Burke officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, December 1, 2023at Hopewell Baptist Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and caregivers at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital, and the Warriors for Eloise.
