Eunice R. Medrano

Eunice R. Medrano, 88, of Moss Bluff, died at 4:30 AM on Sunday 26, 2010 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Medrano was born August 11, 1922 in Creole, LA, lived in Lake Charles for almost sixty years and lived in Moss Bluff for the past eight years. She was a member of the St. Theodore Catholic Church family.

Mrs. Medrano is survived by her son, Percy A. Thibodeaux and wife Virginia; granddaughter, Caprice Bush and husband Grant; and great-granddaughter, Jordyn Bush, all of Moss Bluff.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Calvin J. Thibodeaux; second husband, Johnny Medrano; son, Gary Medrano; and parents, Adam and Ada Broussard Richard.

Her funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Prien Memorial Park. Monsignor Charles Dubois will officiate. Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home on Monday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a scripture and rosary at 6:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until the start of the service.
