Evelton "Randy" Randolph Leblanc

Evelton Randolph LeBlanc, 65, of Lake Charles passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015. Mr. LeBlanc was born and raised in Jennings, LA and has lived the past thirty years in Lake Charles. He served the United States in the Armed Forces. Mr. LeBlanc traveled throughout the states as a Truck Driver for Groendyke, for which he also worked as a Mechanic, and Stampede. He enjoyed classic cars and most importantly, NASCAR. He was of Christian Faith. He leaves to honor his memory, his loving wife of twenty-eight years, Leta Portie LeBlanc of Lake Charles; one son, Alton LeBlanc of Lake Charles; two step-children, Tina Begnaud of New Iberia and Kevin Doxey and wife Sedji of Toomsuba, MS; three step-grandchildren, Marie Begnaud, Ethan Doxey and Mason Doxey; one brother, Layton LeBlanc and wife Delores of Oklahoma; one sister, Bonita Brundege and husband Donald of Sulphur; father-in-law, Sidney Portie of Lake Charles and brother-in-law, Jimmy Portie of Lake Charles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelton and Betty Buras LeBlanc and one sister, Theresa LeBlanc Stegall. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 15, 2015 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Gary Evers will officiate. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation Saturday will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will continue Sunday from 10:00 AM until the time of service in the funeral home.
