Evelyn E. Brooks

Evelyn E. Brooks, 55, of Sulphur passed away on August 23, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 10 am at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Johnny Mounce officiating. Burial will follow in Mimosa Pines-North Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 3pm " 9 pm at Robison Funeral Home. Evelyn was a native of Morgan City and a lifelong Sulphur resident. She was a homemaker, also a member of Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Clifford Brooks of Sulphur; son, Clifford Brooks, Jr. of Sulphur; daughter, Tracy Brooks of Sulphur; two sisters, Germaine Kebodeaux of Jennings and Lena Landry also of Jennings; brother, Mike Kebodeaux and wife Vicki of Roanoke; one grandchild; and a host of friends. Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Velda Kebodeaux and one sister, Sharon Kebodeaux.
