Evelyn Marie Benoit

Evelyn Marie Benoit, 62 0f Sulphur passed away on August 2, 2013 in a local hospital. Evelyn loved her family and friends and never met a stranger. She enjoyed life, the outdoors especially fishing and crabbing and her favorite pass-time was working crossword puzzles. Evelyn is survived by her son, Norman Sanders and fiance, Sherry Dinger of Sulphur; three sisters, Theresa Young of Vinton, Mary Cormier and husband, Wilton of Iowa, La, and Viola Vincent and husband, Russell of Carlyss; brother, Julian Benoit, Jr. of Sulphur and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Mary Benoit; sister, Linda Benoit and brother, Donald Benoit. A memorial service for Evelyn will be held at a later date.
