Faye Comeaux

Judith “Faye” Comeaux, 60, of Lake Charles, left this world to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 23, 2017.

Mrs. Comeaux was born on August 10, 1957 to Enola and Paul Chaumont in Elton, LA. She grew up in Lake Charles and was a graduate of LaGrange High School. For more than 10 years Mrs. Comeaux worked at Nissan of Lake Charles with different job titles, most recently, she was a receptionist in the body shop. To pass the time she loved to be outside cutting the grass and was a very hard-worker. She loved to make memories and cook for her family. Always putting everyone else before herself, she will be remembered as a very selfless and loving member of her family.

Left to cherish Mrs. Comeaux’s memory is her loving husband of over 40 years, Joe Comeaux; her daughters, Jodi Comeaux (Louis Williams), and Jessica Citizen (Joseph); mother, Enola Chaumont; sisters, Jen Manuel, Dana Chaumont, and Paula Reed; brother, Scott Chaumont; grandchildren, Tylar, Ashtyn, Dustin, Alissa, Nick, Korbin, Malakai, JoeLiyah, Khyra, and Joseph II; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Paul Chaumont, and sister, Cynthia Stancik.

Mrs. Comeaux’s funeral service will be at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 4:00 PM. Deacon Leo Hebert will officiate. Visitation will begin Friday at 12:00 PM until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
