Fernell Ancelet

Fernell Ancelet 74, passed away on April 9, 2015 in a local hospital. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, talking on the phone, hunting with her husband "Bee" and spending time with her family and friends. Fernell is survived by her husband of 52 years Darrel "Bee" Ancelet of Sulphur; 2 sons, Wayne Ancelet and wife Nita of Sulphur and Gerald "Jerry" Ancelet and wife Carrie of Hackberry; 2 daughters, Rhonda Swire and husband Robert of Hackberry and Janet Andrepont of Sulphur; 8 grandchildren, Justin and Megan Swire, Brittany and Lakeyn Ancelet, Michael and Jordan Ancelet, Kateln Shillow and husband A.J. and Victoria Tarkington; 4 great grandchildren, Copen Swire, Haisley Swire, Ariana Smith and Kyler Shillow; 3 sisters, Audrey Breaux, Dorothy Blanchard and Judy Moreau and husband Wayne; brother, Tony Newman and wife Debbie; sister in law, Jane Newman; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Abra and Marie Newman; 2 brothers, Cliffton and LeRoy Newman; and son in law, Steven Andrepont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday April 13, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Sulphur; with Father Bino Francis officiating. Burial will follow at Mimosa Pines in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home on Sunday April 12, 2015 from 4-9 P.M. with a Cursillo Rosary at 6 P.M. and will resume on Monday at 9:00 A.M. until time of service.
