Florence L. Vittorio

Florence Louise Vittorio, 83, of Lake Charles died at 9:13 PM Monday, June 25, 2012 in a local care facility.

Mrs. Vittorio was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania on May 8, 1929 to the parents of Elsie and Harry Wagner. She lived in Tallahassee, Florida for over 25 years before moving to Moss Bluff. Mrs. Vittorio was of the Methodist faith. In her spare time she loved cooking, spending time with her family and friends and playing cards.

She is survived by four sons; Tim Vittorio and wife Deanna of Moss Bluff, Ted Vittorio and wife Jocelyn of Georgia, Steve Vittorio and wife Betsy of Houston, TX, Donald Vittorio and wife Carola of Tallahassee, FL, one daughter, Donna Oaklesh of Lakeland, FL, six grandchildren; Shawn Vittorio, Michelle Schappell, Bobby Jo Vittorio, Heather Kratzer, Jessica Vittorio and Melissa Morganti, 7 great grandchildren; Anaka Marie Vittorio, Levi Schappell, Kyle Schappell, Jake Schappell, Madison Kratzer, Cameron Kratzer and McKenzi Kratzer.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 4:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Chris Fuselier will officiate. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 2:30 PM until the time of services.
