Frances Margaret Fogleman

December 9, 1946 — November 6, 2023

Frances Fogleman, 76, of Lake Charles, passed November 6, 2023, at her home. She was born on December 9, 1946, in Ennis, TX, to Charles and Virginia Jackson. Frances lived the majority of her life in Southwest Louisiana where she worked in the Accounting and Sales field.
Frances loved all animals, grocery shopping, spending time with her family, cooking, and watching her shows. Frances was THE HOLIDAYS; she brought together the entire family and made us love one another. Frances was loving, kind, crazy, and always spoke what was on her mind. She was the true definition of a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and wife. She welcomed everyone in her home and was nonjudgmental. She would cook every day and always made sure there was enough left over to feed anyone who would stop by or she would bring it to the homeless. She enjoyed raising animals, giving them a home and a place to eat. She showed love in her own special way and you never had to question her love for anyone or anything. She was the family matriarch. Those who knew Frances, knew they always had a friend and someone to run to with no questions asked.
Now that our Queen is gone, we will continue to move on and carry on her traditions, her attitude, her caring, and her love.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Randy Fogleman, Sr.; daughters, Felicia Lacomb and Veronica Rodriguez and her husband Daniel Rodriguez; son, Randy “Joey” Fogleman, Jr. and his wife Crystal Fogleman; eight grandchildren, Nichole Lacomb and her significant other Nathaniel Guy; Dane Derouen, Laykyn Derouen, Bryce Rodriguez and his significant other Jasmyne (Jasma) Melendez, Reece Rodriguez, Hayden (Trey) Fogleman, Tanner Fogleman, and Torie Fogleman; three great grandchildren, Jayden Brown, Alexander Guy, and Olivia Guy; brother, Charles Jackson Jr. (T-man); sisters, Kathy Alley, Virginia Sonnier, and Rebecca Gray.
Also, left behind to mourn and cherish her memory are her dogs, Rolo and Sissy; and the multiple neighborhood cats that she fed every morning and night.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Delhommer, and her parents Charles and Virginia Jackson.
A private family viewing was held and cremation arrangements were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
