Frank James Hayes, Sr.

Frank James Hayes, Sr., age 82, died Saturday September 5, 2015. During his lifetime, Mr. Hayes enjoyed hunting and fishing. He volunteered as a greeter and worked in the pantry at Glad Tidings Assembly of God and retired as a welder from PPG. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memories are 5 children; George Hayes, James Hayes, Tammi Hayes Worrell, Rebecca Hayes Stockman and husband, Kevin, Frank Hayes Jr. and wife Tamara; brother, W.C. "Skeeter" Hayes and wife, Ann "MiMi"; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. Mr. Hayes is preceded in death by his loving wife, Carolyn Hayes and his parents, Walter Hayes, Sr. and Rosa Manino. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Tuesday September 8, 2015 at Glad Tidings Assembly of God in Lake Charles, LA with Rev. Gary Evers officiating. Interment to follow in Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, LA, Family will receive friends on Monday September 7, 2015 from 4-8 PM and Tuesday from 9-10:15 AM at Johnson Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Dr. Mark LaFuria, Dr. Mir Khan, the nurses and staff of the 7th floor at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital and Harbor Hospice.
