Freddy Baden

Freddy Baden, II passed away on March, 16, 2014 in his residence. He graduated in 1996 from Pineville High School receiving a scholarship in tennis to McNeese State University. Freddy was a member of First Baptist Church in Sulphur, the Lions Club and a current candidate for Sulphur City Councilman. He loved spending time with his children, coaching soccer and other youth activities. Freddy loved to work and was a plumber for the past 12 years owning his own business as a master plumber since 2008. He was known for his Big Heart always helping people.

Freddy is survived by his wife of four years, Celeste Baden of Sulphur; sons, Freddy Lil Freddy and Christian Baden; daughter, Harlee Baden; step-children, Tyler, Celdan and Gabby; mother, Roxan Baden; maternal grandmother, Charlene Babb;4 brothers, 4 sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Baden, I; sister, Andrea Baden Broussard; paternal grandparents, Maude and Herman Baden and maternal grandfather, J.D. Babb.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 3 -9 p.m. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from 5-9p.m. at Hixson-Brothers Funeral Home in Pineville, LA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Hixson-Brothers Funeral Home in Pineville with Rev. Stewart Holloway officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 335 Main St. Pineville, LA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
