Garry "Jethro" Wayne Trahan, Sr.

Funeral services for Garry Jethro Wayne Trahan, Sr., 58, of Sulphur will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:00 at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lamar Huffman officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 am on Tuesday morning at Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Farquhar Cemetery, Carlyss, Louisiana. Garry was born on July 17, 1954 in Mamou, Louisiana. He passed away on January 11, 2013 in a local hospital in Lake Charles, LA. Garry loved spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph F. Trahan and sister, Veronica F. Guillory. He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Trahan; 2 sons, Garry Wayne Trahan, Jr. and wife Rachel and Jeremy Joseph Trahan and wife Natasha; 1 step-daughter, Angie Thibodeaux; 2 brothers, Mickey Trahan, Sr. and Michael Trahan; 2 sisters, Vickie Montgomery and Sundy Welch; faithful four legged companion of 19 years, Ruckus; 8 grandchildren: Zayda, Jade-Lynn, Bodhi, Trinity, Espyn, Madden Trahan and Dylan & Chance Thibodeaux; 14 nieces, 9 nephews, 14 great nieces and 10 great nephews.
