Geri Reeves Hohensee Harrison

Geri Reeves Hohensee Harrison, 94, went to be with the Lord on Thursday April 28, 2016, in the Southwest Louisiana War Veterans Home in Jennings, LA..

 

Geri was born on March 14, 1922 to Clifford Reeves and Lucette Savoie Reeves in Lake Charles, LA. She was a long time resident of the Moss Bluff and Lake Charles area. She was a member of Hope Community Church in Sulphur, LA. and served in the Army Air Corps.

 

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Warner Hohensee and Willis “Dub” Harrison.

 

Mrs. Harrison is survived by one son, Alan Hohensee of Sulphur, LA.; two grandchildren, Melanie and Allen Ayres of Beaumont, TX and Todd and Nina Hill of Silbee, TX; one sister, Betty and Mack Guinn of Cedar Park, TX and 5 great grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM on Sunday May 1, 2016, at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Edward Rose officiating. Interment to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.

 

Visitation with the family will be on Saturday from 4PM to 8 PM.
