Gina Marie Oakman

Gina Marie Oakman, 44, passed away on October 10, 2018 in a local hospital. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Edgerly. She loved her family but really enjoyed caring for her grandson.

Gina is survived by her four daughters, Laci Taylor and husband Jon, Trystan Chaisson and wife Courtney, Amiyah Oakman and fiancé Jens Drachmann, and Stevie Oakman all of Sulphur; grandson, Pierce Oakman; mother, Gloria Doucet; 3 sisters, Karen Mullins and husband, Timothy, Susan Burch, and Cherie Doucet; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Joachim Doucet; brother, Craig Steven Doucet; maternal grandfather, Evan LeJeune; maternal great grandmother, Elsa Louisa LeJeune; several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2 P.M. at Antioch Baptist Church in Edgerly with Brother Russell Beard officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 13, from 12 P.M. until time of the service at the church.
