Glen Victor LeBlanc, 76, passed away Monday, December 16, 2013 surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. LeBlanc loved the outdoors and loved his fruit orchid in his front yard. He loved to garden. He could fix anything. He loved to hunt. He loved to pick and tease . He was always smiling. He adored his 3 grandchildren. He retired from Firestone in 1999 after 31 years with the local 861 as an electrician. He was a member of Sulphur United Pentecostal Church and was a Sunday school teacher. Mr. LeBlanc is survived by his wife of 52 years, Bonnie Boswell LeBlanc; two sons, Tim LeBlanc and wife Lynette of Sulphur, Dwight LeBlanc and wife Julie of South Jordan, Utah; three grandchildren, Matthew LeBlanc and fiance Amber Greineisen, Kaleigh LeBlanc and fianc Kade Hastings all of Sulphur, and Hannah LeBlanc of South Jordan, Utah; four brothers Albert LeBlanc and wife Elma, Russell LeBlanc and wife Karen all of Oakdale, Oza LeBlanc and wife Sue of Carencro, and Arthur LeBlanc and wife Toni of Morgan City; two sisters Cathy Schexnayder and husband Godfred of Thibodaux and Gay DeHart and husband Allen of Morgan City. He was proceeded in death by his parents Albert, Sr. and Ada LeBlanc; siblings, Willis LeBlanc, Loralee Boudreaux, Caline George, Lucien LeBlanc, Keith LeBlanc, and Cecil LeBlanc. Services will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Sulphur United Pentecostal Church with visitation at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Friday, December 20, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 pm and at the church Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be at Farquhar Cemetery in Sulphur under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
