Harry John Daigle

Harry J. Daigle, 70, 0f Lake Charles passed away, Saturday, July 12, 2014 in a local hospital. Harry was a native and life resident of Lake Charles. He retired from Schlumberger after many years of service. Harry was an avid outdoors man and loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed spending time with his lifelong friend Tiny Pittman at his camp at Toledo Bend. He also enjoyed spending time with his dear friend Jimmy Bonner but the thing Harry enjoyed most was being with his grandchildren. He served in the Louisiana National Guard for eight years. Survivors include his wife Sue Daigle of Lake Charles; two sons, Kevin Daigle and wife Lisa of Katy, TX and Stacy "Tate" Daigle of Lake Charles; two grandchildren, Broxson and McClaine Daigle; two sisters, Jessie May Schuchard and Erma Granier and husband Jessie; one brother, Larry Daigle and wife Carol. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Eva (Granger) Daigle and one brother, Dennis Daigle. Mrs. Daigle would like to thank all of the staff at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
