Hayward Charles Ourso

Hayward Ourso, 58 passed away on June 1, 2015 in Cal-Cam Hospital. Hayward was a member of Henning United Memorial Methodist Church in Sulphur. Those who knew him would describe him as the "Class Clown" because he was always telling jokes. He was very artistic and could play music by ear, though the harmonica was always his favorite. Hayward had many hobbies, including hunting, fishing, scuba diving, flying, barbecuing, and watching the Saints play. He loved his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him. Hayward is survived by his daughter, Michale Ourso of Denver, CO; 2 sisters, Susan Ourso of Baton Rouge and Peggy Ourso of Madison, Maine; a brother, Ronnie Ourso of Sulphur; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert and Willie Mae Ourso; and his brother, Jimmy Ourso. A memorial service for Hayward and Jimmy Ourso will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 11 A.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 10 A.M. until time of the service. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
