Heath Edward Marcantel

Heath Edward Marcantel, 47, of Dequincy passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022, in a Baton Rouge hospital.
A Kinder native, Heath graduated from Iowa High School. He worked as a tire tech.  Heath loved hunting and fishing; and he cherished time spent with his family.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 18 years, Kassi Maneille Marcantel; two brothers, Casey Jerome Marcantel (Glass-eye) and his wife, Konstance of LeBleu Settlement, and Mike Shannon Marcantel and wife Wendy Chesson, of Topsy, brother-in-law Richard Maneille III and (roommate) Samantha of Kinder, brother-in-law Chris Maneille and wife Jessica of Welsh, sister in law, Courtnie Maneille and Kirt Johnson of Dequincy; numerous neices and nephews, Braxtyn,Logan, Amiyah, Hadleigh,Braelynn, Scarlett, Caleb, Landon,  Leyton, Owen,Juan, Leo, Cade, and Javon, and his best friend, Michael Carrier.

He will also be missed by his father & mother-in-law, Richard and Penny Maneille; grandfather, Floyd Sheridan.

Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Frances Marcantel, grandmother Jewell Marcantel, Betty Sheridan.  Parents Mike Edward Marcantel and Gay Nell Marcantel.  Uncle Marshall Bertrand, Leonard Pierce.  Aunt Gail Sheridan.
Services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, March 18, 2022, in Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM till time of service.
