Herman Ross Armer

Funeral services for Mr. Herman Armer, 66, of Sulphur, will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at 1pm in Robison Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. David Holder will officiate. Burial will follow in Beauregard Memorial Cemetery, DeRidder. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, September 28th from 4pm ” 9pm and resume on Wednesday from 8am until time of service. Mr. Armer passed away on September 25, 2010 in Houston after a battle with cancer. He was preceeded in death by his Parents: Hugh & Rilla Mae Armer. Mr. Herman Ross Armer was a native of El Dorado, Ark. & longtime resident of Sulphur. After graduation from Sulphur High, he served his Country and went on to work construction. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Sulphur. Survivors: Wife: Melva Sissy Armer, Sulphur; Son: Ross Armer, Sulphur; Daughter: Traci Lynn Armer Vinson & husband Michael, Ft. Worth, Tx; 2 Brothers: Curtis Armer & wife Genevieve, Sulphur; Harold Armer & wife Judy, Sulphur; Sister: Janet Quarles & husband John Ed, Jonesborro, La.; 2 Grandchildren.
