Holly Lynn Lafleur

Holly Lynn LaFleur, 48, of Lake Charles, died Monday, October 17, 2011 in a local hospital.

Ms. LaFleur was born in Barstow, CA. She was raised through out the United States as the daughter of a Career Marine. She attended Leesville High School and has lived most of her adult life in Lake Charles.

Holly was a talented artist, having enjoyed poetry, drawing, painting and jewelry making. She also enjoyed singing, music and was an avid reader.

Holly was a woman of strong faith. She will be most remembered for her kind heart, her loving spirit and her desire to find only the good attributes in others.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Allen Ray LaFleur, of Lake Charles; her mother, Carol Macias and husband Frank of Fletcher, OK; one brother, Daniel LaFleur and wife Cheryl of Lawton, OK; one sister, Suzanne Pamich of Fletcher, OK; one nephew, Alex LaFleur; three nieces, Ashlynne Gregory and husband Matthew, Christabelle Pamich and Miranda Pamich; one great- nephew, Noah Gregory and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 20, 2011 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Father Bill Miller will officiate. Visitation Wednesday will be from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary beginning at 6:00 PM. Visitation will continue Thursday from 8:00 AM until the time of service in the funeral home.
