Hugh Mack Newman

Hugh Mack Newman, 52, of Lake Charles died on Friday, August 17, 2012 in his residence.

Mr. Newman was born on August 16, 1960 in Lake Charles where he lived all of his life. He loved his kids and grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his memory are his three sons and their spouses, Tmack Newman and Marsha of Dallas, Billy Newman and Erin of Lafayette, and Jon Newman and Melanie Goode of Dallas; six siblings, Robert and George Newman, Martha Fontenot, Vickie LeBleu, Laurie Guillory, and Mary Busby; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Maxie Newman and two siblings, Otis Newman and Maxine "Aunt Macky" Newman.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reg. Otis B. Marsh will officiate. Burial will be in Lacassine Cemetery following the services. Visitation will begin on Monday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will continue on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until the start of the services.
