Isaac R. Miller

Isaac Raymond Miller, 59, of Moss Bluff passed away at 6:22 PM, Thursday, October 28, 2010 in his residence.

He was born in Kinder, LA and was a life long resident of the Lake Charles/Westlake area. Isaac enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.

Survivors include his wife, Loretta Broussard Miller of Moss Bluff; one son Chad Miller and wife Christy of Friendswood, TX and one daughter, Angie Barnes and husband Jason of Sulphur, LA; step children, Chris Broussard of Lake Charles, Bridget Torres and husband Robert of Moss Bluff, and Johnny Broussard of Westlake; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandson; his mother, Ramona J. Miller of Moss Bluff; one brother, Homer Miller, Jr. and wife Danette, Wanda Lambert and husband Gerald, Honna Briscoe and husband Billy, Belinda Richard and husband Keith, and Eva Tate and husband Mike. He was preceded in death by his father Homer L. Miller, Sr.

His funeral will be at 1:00 PM, Sunday, October 31, 2010 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Grady O'Neal will officiate. Burial will be in the New Ritchie Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be, Saturday, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and continue from 9:00 AM until time of service, Sunday.
