Isabelle "Maw Belle" Bellard Guillory, 79, of Lake Charles passed away Thursday October 03, 2013 in a Lafayette hospital. She was born and raised in Church Point, LA and has lived the past fifty years in Lake Charles. She worked many places through out her life; among her favorites were Suds & Duds Washateria, housekeeping for John DeRosier and driving school buses for Calcasieu Parish School Board from which she retired after many years of service. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Mrs. Guillory enjoyed her morning television and soap operas. She will be most remembered for her love of family. She loved to be surrounded by family and took great pride in cooking for weekend family gatherings. Her greatest joy was having grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory, eleven children, Della Shelton (Ronald) of Lake Charles, Barbara Bowden (Daney) of Port Arthur, TX, Renella Lewis, Charles Guillory (Maria), Michael Guillory (Cynthia), Donald Ray Guillory (Paula), Gerald Guillory, all of Lake Charles, Henry Guillory, Jr. of Dorant, IA, John Lee Guillory, James T--- Guillory (Benita) and Monica Watson (Patrick), all of Lake Charles; twenty-seven grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; five brothers, Percy Bellard and John Bellard, both of Lake Charles, Gabriel Bellard, Jr. Whitney Bellard and U-Self Bellard, all of Church Point; one brother-in-law, Ernest Guillory of Lake Charles; teacher and dear friend, Wanda Alexander of Lake Charles and her "little dog", Chico. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-two years, Henry Guillory, Sr.; son, Terrell Guillory; parents, Gabriel and Rose Citizen Bellard; three sisters, Anna Belle Carrier, Lois Taylor and Deloris Bellard; son-in-law, Felix Lewis Jr. and daughter-in-law, Theresa Guillory. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 08, 2013 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Father Rojo Koothannly will officiate. Interment will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday will be from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM with a rosary beginning at 12:00 PM in the funeral home.
