Jacob Tyler Cormier

Jacob Tyler Cormier, 28, of Lake Charles, LA, died at 5:05 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2020.

Jacob was born December 28, 1991 in Jacksonville, FL; his love was so contagious.  His smile and laugh was a sparkle in everyone’s life he knew.  He will be missed by many that knew him.  He loved with his whole heart.  Jacob loved listening to his Zydeco music on his headphones, playing with his babies (Mickey & Woody), and being outside while camping with his family.

Jacob was loved by his parents, Allen and Christina Cormier; sisters, Courtney Gray (Brady) and Brooke Cormier (Jaid); his pups, Beaux, Charlie, and Jaxon; grandparents, Patricia Caswell, Sharon Breaux, and Clevance Cormier, Jr.; and his great-grandmother, Judith Cormier.

His funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel.  Reverend Josh Bigwood will officiate.  Cremation to follow.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and continue on Monday from 9:00 AM until the start of the service.
