James "Jimmy" Michael LeBon, 70, of Sulphur, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 1, 2024, with his loving wife by his side. Jimmy was a lifetime Yankees and Saints fan since he was a kid. He attended the very first Saints game in New Orleans. Jimmy always had Sirius XM Radio on in his car listening to stand up comedy. He was an avid bowler and was in a league at Petro Bowl. Jimmy graduated from Brother Martin High School in New Orleans. He loved driving anybody around no matter how far, he loved being their chauffeur. Those left to cherish Jimmy's memory are his loving wife, Susan Trahan LeBon; son, Brent LeBon and wife Melissa; daughter, Lori LaSalle Dugas Kibodeaux and husband Colby; sisters, Alison LeBon Minvielle, Theresa LeBon Laughlin, Mary LeBon Cordes; brother, Francis John "Johnny" LeBon Jr.; grandchildren, Anthony LeBon, Hannah O'Quain, Christopher Aaron Dugas, Bailey Kori Dugas, Camille Harriet Dugas, Tyler Thibodeaux, Cory-David Rougeau, Cole Robert Rougeau. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Ellender Paschall, Francis John LeBon Sr.; children, Stacey LaSalle, and Cory LaSalle; step-father, Jim Paschall. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Heart of Hospice and their staff, especially Daniel Washington, for their care and compassion during this trying time. A memorial service for Jimmy will be held at 6 PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. The family will receive guests on Wednesday from 4 PM until 8 PM.
