James "Jimmy" Thomas Paschall Jr.

James Jimmy Thomas Paschall Jr., 78 passed away on March 1, 2012 in West Virginia. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Sulphur with Father Edward Richard, MS officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 5-9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home Chapel and will resume on Thursday at 8 a.m. until time of service. James was a native of Ponca City, OK and a longtime Sulphur resident. After graduating from Sulphur High School he served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean War. When he returned from the Air Force, he went to work for Cities Service. He worked there for 37 years before retiring. James is survived by his son, Darin Paschall and wife, Barbara of Ona, WV; two step-sons, Jimmy LeBon and wife, Susan of Sulphur and Johnny LeBon and wife, Deborah of Lewisville, TX; three step-daughters, Mary Cordes and husband, Marvin of Harvey, LA, Theresa Laughlin and husband, John of Kenner, LA and Alison Minvielle and husband, Darren of Geismar, LA; brother, Norman Paschall of Sulphur; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Paschall; and sister, Ramona Gene Flynn.
