Jane Ava Scott

Jane Ava Scott, 83, passed away at a local hospital on August 7, 2018.

Ms. Jane was a lifelong proprietor at the Texas Pelican Complex. She was a self-made woman that was very family oriented. Her family remembers her as a generous person with a fun sense of humor.

She is survived by her brother, Scotty Rozas; two sons, Michael and Curry Scott; daughter, Michelle Scott; seven grandchildren, Elliot, Melissa, Emily, Amber, Ashley, Jayton, Justin; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Curry Rozas, and Maisie Veillon.

A funeral service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home at 4PM on Friday, August 10, 2018. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon to 4PM on Friday, August 10. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
