Tylor Brown

Jeffery Tylor Brown, 28, of Lake Charles passed away Wednesday July 31, 2024 in the comfort of his home.

Tylor was born in Lake Charles, raised in LeBleu Settlement and was a 2014 graduate of Iowa High School where he played football. He started fast track dirt bike racing at the age of three, following his idol (cousin, Daniel). They shared a love for the sport and established a great friendship as a result. Following high school, he also enjoyed hanging out with friends and for a short while lived with friends in Austin, TX. He later moved to Baton Rouge where he and his best friend worked hurricane relief. His greatest times were spent with family and friends. Tylor was a spontaneous, free spirit and loved to travel. He will be most remembered for his love to smile, being a jokester and making people laugh.

He leaves to honor his memory, his mother, Angel LaRocca Lee (Jeff) of Sulphur, father, Jeffery Glenn Brown of Baton Rouge; sister, Maddison Olivia Lee of Sulphur; grandmothers, Kathy Gillespie of Lake Charles and Vanessa LaRocca of LeBleu Settlement; aunts, Katrina LaRocca (Kaddie) and Amanda Brown; uncles, Joe LaRocca (Julie) and Donald Bubba LaRocca; nanny, Kim CoBucci (Scott) and friends, Grheason Shields, Hunter Jeffers and Zack Hebert. He also leaves many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Brendon Chase Brown; grandfathers, Glenn Brown and David LaRocca; uncle, Danny LaRocca and godfather, Timothy Brown.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM Monday August 5th, 2024 at Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home 5th Avenue. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until the times of services in the funeral home.
