Jeri Ann Rider

Jeri LaFleur Rider, 42, Moss Bluff, passed away on Thursday March 22, 2018 at her residence. A life-long resident of the Lake Charles area, Jeri was a native of Hackberry and was a 1993 graduate of Hackberry High School and attended Gillis Baptist Church. She was also a graduate of McNeese State University and worked as a bookkeeper.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pamela Riggs LaFleur. Those left to honor and cherish her memories are a son, Hayden Lane Galloway of  Baton Rouge; daughter, Madison Grace Rider of  Longville; father, Michael LaFleur of Moss Bluff; sister, Tressa Daigle and husband Brad of Sulphur; a brother, Johnny LaFleur of Moss Bluff; and her god-child, Ella Renee’ Daigle.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 2 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marcus Wade officiating. Burial will be in Hackberry Community Cemetery under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 5-8 P.M. with visitation continuing on Sunday, March 25 at 11 A.M. until time of the service.
