Joan Hoffpauir Buller

Joan Hoffpauir Buller passed away on July 4, 2014 at her home in New Orleans, LA. It came as no surprise to those who knew her that Joan would and did for over a year put up a Strong fight against breast cancer. She now joins her Heavenly Father in watching over her family here on earth. Joan is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jarad and Lee Ann Buller; step-son and wife, Kent and Stacey Buller; grandchildren, Bailey, Katelyn, Carlee, Kaleb and Jace; her fiancé, Jim McAlister; her siblings, Terrance and Jeanette Hoffpauir, Jody and Susan Hoffpauir, Judy Ramirez, Janet and Bernell Gautreaux. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Chuck Buller; and her parents, Pummy Lou and James Hoffpauir. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 2-7 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Please join Joan's family in celebrating the life of this special lady on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Carlyss with Father Joe Aquino officiating.
