John Arvis Duncan

John Arvis Duncan, 62, of Iowa, LA passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, July 8, 2024.

John was born on July 11, 1961, in DeRidder, LA to Bobby and Inez Duncan. He enjoyed karate, working out and being deep in his faith and making his Cursillo, which he was so proud of. John loved being a carpenter where he was very skilled and passionate. He enjoyed his lifelong family and friends.

Those left to cherish his memory are his two children, Ashley Fewell and Randall Duncan; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 3 living siblings, Brenda Sahualla, Bobby Duncan, and Sharon Duncan; numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his two children, Brandon Duncan and Juliea Duncan; siblings, Robert Lee Duncan Jr., Linda Sigmund, Judy Duncan, and Betty Martin; 1 loving grandson, Zachary Duncan; and parents.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
