John Elliot Cormier

John Elliot Cormier, 56, of Westlake, passed away on December 9, 2011at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Sulphur at 2p.m. with Father Edward Richard officiating. John was a native of Port Arthur and a longtime Sulphur resident. John is survived by his son; David Wayne Lovejoy and wife, Jessica of Baton Rouge, parents; Ray and Jane Cormier of Sulphur, two sisters; Pat Evans and husband, Warren of Groves, TX and Denise Miller and husband, Lance of Sulphur, brother; Rocky Cormier and wife, Sara of Sulphur, two grandchildren, Tanner and Brody Lovejoy of Baton Rouge and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Alfred and Emma Latiolais and Maurice and Theresa Cormier.
