John Randall Rion

John Randall Rion, 64, of Lake Charles died at 6:45 AM Saturday, June 15, 2013 in his residence with his loving family at his side.

Ran was born in Kinder, Louisiana on November 8, 1948 to Elaine and John Rion. He was a life-long resident of Lake Charles. Ran was loved by everyone especially his mother.

He is survived by his mother, Elaine Marcantel Rion of Lake Charles, LA, one brother, Kenneth Rion and his wife Barbara of Lake Charles, seven nieces and nephews: Nicole Daigle and husband Chad, Erin Courville and husband Larry, Chip Rion and wife Sara, Chris Rion, Brian Ezell and wife Jennifer, Brandy Ardoin and husband Craig and Matthew Ezell, and 9 great nieces and nephews.

Ran is preceded in death by his father, John Rion, and one sister, Regina Ezell.

His funeral will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Reverends Terry Bushnell and Jordan Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in LeBlanc Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will continue at 9:00 AM until the time of services.
