John Wayne Caswell, 61 of Lake Charles passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014 in his residence. John was a truck driver spending most of his time on the roads. John is survived by his daughter, Nichol Kitfield and fiance, Rusty Lusk of Sulphur; step-daughters, Mary Higginbotham, Ashley Simpson, Amber Simpson and Sheila DeVillier all of Lake Charles; step-son, Justin Patterson of Lake Charles; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Lorina Caswell Fontenot of Sulphur, Nancy Lou Duraso of Moss Bluff and Jenny Lee Landry of Baton Rouge; brothers, Nolan Caswell of Edgerly, L.J. Caswell of Carlyss and Edward Caswell of Silsbee, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilton and Nancy Caswell, Sr.; sisters, Dorothy Jean Caswell and Sadie Ann Johnson; brother, Wilton Caswell, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 6 p.m. at Johnson and Robison with visitation beginning at 3 p.m. until time of the service. Cremation will be entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home to help with funeral services.
