Johnny Mckay Sweezy

Johnny Sweezy, 65, of Lake Charles, La died June 13, 2014 in Saudi Arabia. Johnny was born October 31, 1948 in Lake Charles, LA to Frank and Ethel Sweezy. He was a graduate of LaGrange High School. Johnny worked in the Petro Chemical industry for over 30 years, working for Ramco and Citgo Industries. He was an avid Saints and LSU fan. Johnny loved being around family and friends. He is survived by his two sons, Johnnie Sweezy and wife Bekah of Moss Bluff, LA and Chris Sweezy of Westlake, LA; five grandchildren, Christian Sweezy, Tori Sweezy, Jordan Doyle, Haley Doyle, and David Doyle; and numerous nieces and nephews. Johnny is preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until time of service Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Ronnie Estes will officiate services. Burial of cremated remains will be buried at Consolata Cemetery. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
