Joseph Alcide "Lil Al" Stutes

Joseph Alcide “Lil Al” Stutes, 46, of Sulphur, LA died on Saturday, June 27, 2020 in a local hospital.

Lil Al was born on January 11, 1974 in Houston, TX to Joseph Alcide III and Martha “Marti” Terro. Al loved being around his family and friends and there was never a dull moment when he was around. He enjoyed dancing, hunting, and fishing, always enjoying the great outdoors. He worked many years for various companies in the Petrochemical Industry.

Left to cherish his memory are 5 children, Jayci de Perrodil and husband Jeremy, Kayla Stutes, Rylie Stutes, Dominic Stutes, and Kale Stutes: and one grandchild, Christian de Perrodil, all of Sulphur, LA; three siblings, Chad Stutes and wife Hope, Jessica Stutes Norris and husband Mark, and Rusty Terro and wife Desiree; father, Alcide Stutes III; and stepfather, Greg Terro.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Martha “Marti” Terro; and grandparents, Andy and Susie Phipps.

A memorial visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home for expenses.
