Joseph Maxwell Fuselier

Joseph Maxwell “Mackie” Fuselier, 80, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday April 27, 2016 at his residence.

Joseph was born on May 21, 1935 in Reddell, Louisiana to Alcide and Eula Fontenot Fuselier. He was a loving husband, father and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Joseph Maxwell Fuselier,II and brother, Toney Fuselier.

Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memories are his wife, Melissa Shehan Fuselier; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Mike Smith; daughter, Charlotte Soileau Williams; son, Dr. Gregory Soileau; daughter, Kimberly Bohlmann and husband Mike; and son, Marc LaPoint; grandchildren, Josh, Isabella, Emerie and Payton Bohlmann; Mason, Britany, Cloe LaPoint; and Cody Smith.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10 AM Saturday April 30, 2016 at Highland Memory Gardens in Lake Charles, LA. Visitation with the family will at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM.
