Juanita Soileau

Juanita D. Soileau, 90, of Sulphur, LA passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in a local care facility.

Juanita was born on September 24, 1928, in Mittie, LA, to Joe and Rilla Darbonne. She enjoyed cooking, raising her garden, and most of all raising her loving family. Juanita also loved quilting as a past time.

Survivors include four children, Winston Burnett, Karen Simmons, Jane Breaux, and Glenn Burnett and wife Linda; nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and one sister, Florence Campbell.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Vick Burnett; her second husband, Raymond Soileau; one sister; and two brothers.

Time of visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Friday, August 16, 2019 at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. A graveside will be held at 1:00 PM at Cherry Grove Cemetery in Mittie, LA.
