Judith Ann Richard

Judith Ann Richard, 76, of Carlyss, LA passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021, in a local hospital.

Judith was born on August 5, 1944, in Carson City, NV to Homer and Wanda Holaday. She enjoyed dancing, gardening, and being with family the most. Judith was of the Catholic Faith and was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Mike and Melissa Richard, Cindy Smith and Philip Thibodeaux, and James Richard and Jaunesse Pitre; one grandchild that she adored and loved dearly, Lauren Richard and fiancé Eric Daigle; one sister, Brenda Stinson of Indianapolis, IL; and brother-in-law, Jerry Cole.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Luke and Jim Holaday; one sister, Wanda Cole; father of her children, Terry Richard.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, June 13, 2021, at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM until 8:30 PM Saturday, June 12, 2021, with a rosary being prayed at 6:30 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will resume at 12:00 PM until time of service on Sunday at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Burial will be at Big Woods Cemetery with Fr. Bino Francis officiating.
